The Schuetze Home Aurora, Ontario

In October of 2010 we undertook a major remodelling of the main floor of our home with a basement extension. The renovation included a Sunroom Conservatory and Office space with a walkout.

After extensive research and multiple contractor proposals, we decided that Four Seasons was the company for the job.

Their product is superior and Peter Kovacs’ knowledge and no pressure sales, along with showroom models and computer generated 3 dimensional views made it easy to decide.

We were thrilled that the entire project was completed on time (just over one month) and on budget. Four Seasons took care of planning and permit submissions to the Town of Aurora, all of which were approved without delay.

The project began with major structural work to the basement as a new foundation was poured, walls were removed and a walk out was created.

Next came the construction of the main floor addition. Detailed carpentry and opening the house to our stunning new Sunroom Conservatory was the final touch.

From planning through construction and finishing, this company has excellent staff and sub-contractors; excavation, structural installers, etc.

The quality of the finished room is excellent, and this is a comment made by everyone who has come to visit since.

The crew were talented, considerate and helpful throughout the whole process. Four Seasons dealt with all unexpected issues immediately with no additional cost.

We knew Peter and his team were only a phone call away which was extremely comforting and professional.

We could not be happier with the finished work and our new living space. We recommend Four Seasons and Peter Kovacs to anyone without reservation.
