Dear Peter:

My wife and I have done many renovations to our home over the last 15 years, but this was a renovation of superlatives. I want to express to you our profound satisfaction with the job you have done for us. From the outset you were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The planning was carried out in a very careful manner. You started and finished on schedule and there were no hidden extra costs.

The first crew that was responsible for the removal of the old wall, the reconstruction of the deck, and the installation of the sunroom did their work in a neat and careful way with no shortcuts to save time or expense. They were more than happy to explain things to me and never made me feel that I was in the way when I interrupted to ask a question.

My biggest applause goes to Rob Hall who did the interior work. His ability to match the 60 year old paneling was nothing less than amazing. Most visitors are hard pressed to figure out where the new panels begin.

We love the room! It has already become our favorite place in our home. Please take me up on my offer to drop by some evening (hopefully with Rob) for a glass of wine to celebrate your wonderful work.
